What we collect

Your name and contact details, your property brief (budget, locations, project types, timeframe), and information about sites you submit to us.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, match you with suitable sites, manage our engagement with you, and, with your consent, send you property information and education.

Who we share it with

We do not share buyer details with vendors, developers or related businesses. We may share information with service providers who help us operate (for example email and CRM tools), or with professionals you ask us to introduce you to.

Text messages and mobile information

We only send text messages to people who opt in using the optional SMS consent boxes on our forms, and only the kinds of messages they chose. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. See the SMS terms in our Terms & Conditions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Marketing and unsubscribing

Every marketing email and SMS identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe. You can opt out at any time.
